We offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn or unused, with tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ecomm@orientdepot.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Important:
- Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
- Do not send items back without prior approval
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and hygiene-related items (e.g., beauty products, water bottles, food jars, tumblers)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Parts shop orders and accessories (final sale – no exchange or refunds)
