The EP-PBC10 Gourmet d'Expert® Electric Skillet from Zojirushi serves as a multi-functional electric skillet with a large cooking pan ideal for sautéing, stewing and grilling. The cooking pan is 2-1/4-inch deep and 10-1/2-inch in diameter and finished with a titanium and ceramic enhanced non-stick coat. The titanium and ceramic enhanced non-stick coat ensures that there is minimal food residue on the pan and is easy to clean. The cooking pan can be used directly on stovetop burner.

Safety features include a magnetic power cord that detaches instantly in the case of an accidental pull, protecting the unit from falling off the kitchen counter top or the dining table and cool touch handles that are built with an easy to grip and safe balance to provide mobility.
